How to Use This Site

Create your member login (first time only)

Members need their own login to see the club roster. You only do this once.

1. Tap Member Login in the menu at the top of any page.
2. Scroll down to First time here? Create your login.
3. Make up a username (for example, your first initial and last name) and enter your email.
4. Make up a password, type it twice, then enter your first and last name.
5. Press Register.
6. Wait for an email saying “Your account has been approved.” A club officer checks every new login by hand, so this can take a day or two.

Write your username and password down somewhere safe.

Log in and see the club roster

1. Tap Member Login in the menu.
2. Enter your username (or email) and password, then press Log In.
3. Press Go to the Club Roster, then Open the Club Roster.
4. The roster opens in a new tab. To come back to this website, close that tab or tap the website’s tab.

Please don’t share the roster with anyone outside the club.

Forgot your password?

1. Tap Member Login in the menu.
2. Under Forgot your password?, enter the email address you signed up with and press the button.
3. Check your email (and your spam folder) for the password reset message and follow its instructions.

Change your phone, email or address

1. Email the Club President at kempshallpresident@gmail.com.
2. Say what changed, for example: “My new cell number is 518-555-1234.”
3. The officers update the roster for you.

Share your hunting, fishing and camp photos

1. Tap Photos in the menu.
2. Under Share your photos, fill in your name and email.
3. Write a short caption: who is in the photo, where, and when.
4. Answer the simple math question (it keeps out computer spam).
5. Pick Hunting, Fishing or Camp & Club.
6. Press Choose File and pick a photo from your phone or computer. Use Add another image for more (up to 5).
7. Press Submit Post. Your photos appear on the Photos page right away.

Pay your dues

Dues are due August 1. Costs, late fees and how to pay are on the Club Resources page.

Want to join the club?

Tap Join in the menu, fill out the application and press Send my application. It goes straight to the Club President. Prefer paper? The same page has a printable form.
